How much does a website cost?
Our website packages start from $999, with larger websites and online stores priced according to their requirements. A refresh of an existing site starts at $499. All figures are in Australian dollars and are starting prices for the scope described.
How long does a website take?
Most small-business websites take approximately 1–5 weeks depending on size, complexity and how quickly content is supplied. The timeline starts once the deposit is paid and the content we need is in.
Do I need to provide the content?
You can supply the words and pictures, or we can write them. The timeline starts once that material is in.
Do you provide hosting?
Yes. Hosting and website care plans are available from $49/month.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. Website refresh projects start from $499. A refresh modernises what you have. A full rebuild is a website package, not a refresh.
Can you build an online store?
Yes. E-commerce projects start from $3,499.
Do I own my website?
The final agreement should clearly specify ownership, licensing and access. Customers should receive appropriate access to the website and their business data. Have that agreement reviewed for your situation before you rely on it.
Do you offer SEO?
Yes. Basic SEO is included in website packages, while ongoing SEO is available separately, from $299 per month. We build websites using SEO-friendly foundations. We do not guarantee a number-one ranking.
Can I update the website myself?
Where it makes sense, you get access and a short handover. Day-to-day wording, prices, hours and photos go through the change form, so the edit is the exact sentence you want on the page.
How do I ask for a change?
Use the change form. Choose the kind of change and the page, then write the exact words. One change per form. Send it again for the next edit. Care plans include a set amount of this work each month. Unused time does not roll over.
Where do you work?
Bendigo, Central Victoria, Melbourne and the rest of Victoria are the starting focus. We can work with businesses anywhere in Australia remotely.
When do you start work?
We do not start a project without a deposit. The site is not launched or transferred until the final invoice is paid.
